Berry-Almond Toast with Cinnamon Goat Cheese Recipe

Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients
  • 8ounces goat cheese, softened
  • 4slices thick-cut whole grain bread
  • 1teaspoon honey
  • ¼teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½cup chopped almonds
  • 1cup fresh raspberries or blueberries
Directions
  1. Remove the goat cheese from the fridge and let soften for 30 minutes.

  2. Toast the bread as desired.

  3. In a small bowl combine the softened goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon.

  4. Top toast with goat cheese mixture, almonds, and berries.
