Roasted Chickpeas Recipe | SELF

Makes 8 Servings

  • 2 15-oz. cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed, skins removed, dried
  • 1tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2teaspoon garlic powder
  • Curry powder (as desired)
  • Turmeric (as desired)
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°.

  2. Toss the chickpeas with olive oil.

  3. Spread evenly onto a large baking sheet.

  4. Place in the oven and roast for 30 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven. Sprinkle seasoning over chickpeas and toss to combine.

  6. Roast for another 10 minutes, or until crispy.
