Chemie Leipzig: That’s why coach Jagatic really crams for the pro license

16 coaches are currently trying to get the highest coaching license in German football in the new pro license training course. Right in the middle: chemistry coach Miroslav Jagatic (46).

“Everything is coordinated in such a way that you can train a team in just one year without the day-to-day work being badly affected,” he says.

Means: From time to time he is missing for three days, from Monday to Wednesday. Jagatic: “That’s two training sessions for us.” His assistants then take over each one. The next time it will be from February 6th. Then he makes his way to the new campus of the DFB Academy in Frankfurt.

Jagatic: “You get brutal knowledge at your fingertips. This is madness and of course everything is geared towards the professional sector. You can still relate that to the lower area.” Among other things, Eintracht manager Markus Krösche recently answered questions.

All of this should benefit chemistry. Jagatic: “The club takes care of so many things, including the infrastructure, so of course the coach has to do his homework and bring in new ideas. The new findings flow into the sporting development of our club.”

After completing the course, he can also coach clubs from the 3rd league upwards.
