Coped with a man on a regional train: Commissar candidates prevent a knife attack
Came – Nasty knife attack in RE prevented!
According to BILD information, there was an incident in the regional express (RE 1) near Kamen (NRW) on Friday.
At 9:30 a.m., a traveler is said to have suddenly pulled out a knife. His bad luck: Two police officer candidates in civilian clothes who happened to be there were sitting on the train and reacted immediately!
They overpowered the man before he could attack and injure people. The suspect was slightly injured and is currently being questioned at the police station in Unna.
What his intentions were is currently unclear.
