FC Bayern Munich: final details clarified! All right with the Bundesliga star

The change from BVB star Raphaël Guerreiro (29) to FC Bayern nothing stands in the way!

After there had already been a basic agreement between the record champions and the Portuguese, according to information from SPORT IMAGE the final contractual details have now been clarified. Among other things, the open points concerned the amount of the consultant’s commission.

The national player’s contract Borussia Dortmund ends on June 30th. He can therefore change free of charge. After the international matches with Portugal against Bosnia-Herzegovina (June 17) and on Iceland (June 20), the defender will travel to Munich for the obligatory medical check-up. His contract with the team coached by Thomas Tuchel (49), whom he already knows from their time together in Dortmund, should run for three years until 2026.

BVB already has a replacement for Guerreiro: a few days ago, Dortmund announced the signing of left-back Ramy Bensebaini (28). Borussia Monchengladbach.

After seven years in the “Revier” Guerreiro is now going to Munich. A farewell that touches his wife Marrion. On Instagram she said goodbye to the Dortmund fans. On the profile “ playerwomen_bvb‘ she had an emotional text published. “It’s time to say goodbye. It’s not easy to find the right words after so many years,” she wrote in a photo that shows her and her three children in BVB jerseys.

And further: “My children were born and grew up here among you. I want to say thank you today. Thank you for everything. For igniting this great stadium and especially my mommy heart when I see my kids vibrate with you. Thank you for your kindness to us during our Champions League trips.”

She concludes the emotional statement with the words: “Thank you on behalf of my family for what you have made possible for us, these moments full of emotions and joy. I’m proud to have been part of BVB. I am proud that my children were born and raised here among you. We will never walk alone! THANKS.”

Guerreiro switched from FC Lorient to Borussia Dortmund in 2016 for around twelve million euros. Since then he has played 224 competitive games for BVB. He scored 40 goals and prepared 50 goals. In the 2022/2023 season he made 36 competitive appearances (six goals and 14 assists).
