Nuremberg district court: graffiti with Söder in a kind of SS uniform?

Nuremberg – The 39-year-old Fabian Zolar has to answer in court because a graffiti of him Bavaria’s Prime Minister Markus Soder (56, CSU) in a kind of SS uniform.

The sprayer’s trial begins on Tuesday (10:30 a.m.) District Court of Nuremberg. The man had lodged an objection to a penalty order, so that the hearing is now taking place at the district court, according to a spokeswoman for the judicial authority.

The sprayer is charged with using unconstitutional marks and insults. The district court initially imposed a fine of no more than 90 daily rates. Due to the objection, however, the penalty order did not become final. According to the spokeswoman, it is still unclear whether a judgment will be passed on Tuesday.

According to the court, the graffiti is on a field barn in the south of Nuremberg. According to the information, it will not be decided in the criminal proceedings whether it has to be removed.
