Inflection, a Seattle-based startup focused on automating marketing tasks for B2B companies, is currently in the process of raising additional capital. A recent SEC filing revealed that the company has secured $7.6 million in fresh funding. CEO Aaron Bird and Mark Sugarman from MHS Capital are listed on the filing, indicating their involvement in this round of funding. Despite the filing, Inflection chose not to provide any official comments when contacted by GeekWire.

Founded in 2021 by Aaron Bird along with former colleagues Dave Rigotti and Vic Davis, Inflection has established itself as a promising player in the marketing automation space. Bird, a well-known figure in the Seattle tech scene, brings a wealth of experience to the company, having previously founded successful ventures such as Bizible. The team’s collective background at Bizible has undoubtedly played a role in shaping Inflection’s approach to helping B2B companies streamline their marketing efforts.

This latest funding round comes on the heels of a $6 million seed round that Inflection closed in 2022. The seed round was led by MHS Capital, with additional contributions from Version One, Cercano Management, Ascend, and various angel investors. The continued support from these investors underscores the confidence they have in Inflection’s vision and potential to disrupt the marketing automation space. With this new capital injection, Inflection is well-positioned to further develop its platform and scale its operations to reach more B2B companies seeking to enhance their marketing capabilities.

As the demand for marketing automation solutions continues to rise among B2B companies, Inflection is strategically positioned to capitalize on this trend. By offering a platform that streamlines and automates various marketing tasks, the company enables its customers to optimize their marketing efforts and drive better results. With the backing of investors like MHS Capital, Inflection has the resources and support needed to accelerate its growth and cement its position as a leading player in the marketing automation industry.

Looking ahead, Inflection is poised for further expansion and innovation as it continues to refine its offerings and cater to the evolving needs of B2B companies. The expertise and experience of its founders, coupled with the financial backing from prominent investors, bode well for the company’s future prospects. As Inflection secures more funding and expands its customer base, it is well-positioned to make a significant impact in the marketing automation space and help B2B companies achieve their marketing goals more effectively and efficiently.
