MAURICIO POCHETTINO knows he has a big summer ahead as he puts together a Chelsea squad looking to bounce back from a dismal campaign.
What’s unclear is what sort of war chest the Argentine will have available, particularly with Todd Boehly already haven splurged over £600million in transfer fees since acquiring the club.

Poch will likely have had assurances that he could look to impose his own stamp on the squad, with outgoings also expected this summer.
Joao Felix is NOT in Pochettino’s plans after his loan spell ended and he heads back to Atletico Madrid.
But with no European football at Stamford Bridge this coming season, it’s going to take a lot to attract some of Europe’s biggest names.
Here, Betfair rank their top 11 most likely signings this summer ahead of the new campaign.
Manuel Ugarte – 8/11
Sporting midfielder appears to have the pick of some of Europe’s top clubs this summer.
PSG strongly linked but reports suggest Chelsea is his first pick.
£52million is the reported buy out clause in his contract, with midfield a key position needing strengthened.
Sadio Mane – 13/8
His move from Liverpool to Bayern Munich hasn’t quite worked as he’d have liked – putting it lightly – with just 12 goals in 38 appearances in the season just gone.
Is apparently keen to stay and fight for his spot in Germany, though Bayern are all change at the top and this link with Chelsea has been running for a few months.
Looks likely he will part ways though Bayern are likely to want to recoup some, or most of the £30million fee they spent on him 12 months ago.
Dusan Vlahovic – 7/2
Juventus striker reportedly a big target for Bayern Munich this summer, which could help with any Sadio Mane negotiations.
Also been linked with Manchester United, though Chelsea have been noted as named admirers who will keep tabs on situation, given their immense need for a centre forward.
Victor Osimhen – 4/1
Like the Serb above, Osimhen is attracting interest from across Europe after a stellar Serie A campaign.
Two years left on his Napoli deal, with reports suggesting a staggering £130million would be required to land him.
Scored 25 times in 31 Italian top flight matches. Big future ahead.

Moises Caicedo – 5/1
Extremely likely he’ll quit Brighton after a stunning season.
A long term Arsenal target, the Seagulls knocked back a £70million Gunners bid in January, meaning he’s likely to cost a lot more with four years remaining on his contract.
Could be a saga that runs much of the summer.
Declan Rice – 6/1
Set to command a huge fee if West Ham were to let go this summer, which is likely.
Bayern Munich’s link appears a strong one, with Arsenal also circling.
Chelsea fan growing up but unlikely to mean too much without European football.
Harry Kane – 7/1
Pochettino got the best out of him and could look to have a whisper in his ear this summer.
Kane’s ambition of winning trophies might get a boost with Chelsea not being in Europe, but how much will Champions League mean to him?
Neymar – 8/1
Poch continually spoke highly of the Brazilian when his boss at PSG.
Future in Paris up in the air and looks set to follow Lionel Messi out the door.
Premier League always been tempting and may be the best move he could get.
Evan Ferguson – 8/1
Brighton youngster has excelled since coming into the team.
Another big centre forward that Chelsea have been missing, though just signed a new five-year deal last month.
James Maddison – 10/1
Heavily linked with Newcastle after relegation with Leicester set to see him move on.
English attacking midfielders are Chelsea’s thing, though unlikely to look here.
Alexis Mac Allister – 12/1
Like Caicedo, he’ll quit the Amex after a special season on the south coast.
Liverpool appear in the driving seat so would need a quick turnaround from compatriot Pochettino to change the Argentine’s mind and take him to London.
