Man Utd fans say ‘no way this is real’ as Avram Glazer commits huge football sin

AVRAM GLAZER has stunned Manchester United fans as he committed one of football’s biggest sins.

The United owner was pictured in front of what appears to be the White House in Washington D.C, USA, alongside a Liverpool supporter.

Liverpool and Man United have been fierce rivals for years, with fans often too keen to try and one-up each other.

So the unpopular owner having a picture with and smiling alongside a Red is not a popular sight for United supporters.

Avram, 62, looks happy to be in the snap as he dons a suit, while the Liverpool fan also looks chuffed with himself as he points to the club’s emblem on his shirt.

And United fans quickly voiced their displeasure on social media once they saw the picture.

One tweeted: “GET OUT OF OUR CLUB.”

A second wrote: “This ruined my day.”

A third said: “No way this is real😳😳.”

A fourth added: “Oh yeah, they have to go now surely.”

While a fifth declared: “We all knew it. Such disrespect.”

Avram has recently agreed to sell the Old Trafford club with Sir Jim Ratcliffe the preferred bidder.

Ratcliffe and his Ineos petro-chemicals giant have been engaged in a drawn-out bidding war with Qatari banker Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani for ownership of British football’s biggest club.

A huge complication over the five-month process, which has seen THREE rounds of bidding was the growing desire by co-chairman Joel and Avram Glazer to remain at the club.

With the Glazers’ chosen deal-makers, the US-based Raine Group, expected to confirm the “winning” bid within days, SunSport understands that Ratcliffe is the preferred partner.
