Man Utd planning to seal FIVE transfer signings this month including De Jong

MANCHESTER UNITED are reportedly planning to complete five signings before the end of their pre-season tour.

The Red Devils are set to jet off for a tour of Thailand and Australia where they will face Liverpool, Crystal Palace and Melbourne Victory.

Ten Hag is keen to upgrade his midfield and the Red Devils appear to finally be closing on Frenkie de Jong after having a bid accepted.

The United boss is also keen on another of his former players, Lisandro Martinez, but Ajax are refusing to budge from their considerable asking price amid interest from Arsenal.
