Although Labor Day is the best time to score deals on mattresses, furniture, and bedding, I’d argue that the best sales are Labor Day clothing sales. Hear me out: We’re on the precipice of fall and blazers and boots galore are in our near future. Depending on where you live, you’ll probably still be able to wear skirts and dresses for a tad longer, meaning that having attire you can layer up for a transitional outfit is key. A simple cardigan can take your summer clothes to a toasty Taylor Swift folklore-esque heaven. And it appears retailers agree with my hypothesis too because there is no shortage of clothing sales from top brands like Nordstrom, Target, Abercrombie, Anthropologie, and more.
