Martha Stewart and her daughter purchased a $12.3 million condo in New York City’s Upper West Side at The Belnord, a building featured in the hit Hulu series “Only Murders in the Building.” The duplex condo with over 4,600 square feet was on the market for 385 days before being acquired by the mother-daughter duo.
