Martha Stewart purchases $12 million apartment in New York City building featured on popular Hulu show
Martha Stewart and her daughter purchased a $12.3 million condo in New York City’s Upper West Side at The Belnord, a building featured in the hit Hulu series “Only Murders in the Building.” The duplex condo with over 4,600 square feet was on the market for 385 days before being acquired by the mother-daughter duo. Real estate firms Corcoran Group and Douglas Elliman were involved in the transaction, with luxurious amenities and features such as 10-foot ceilings, mahogany windows, marble counters, and heated floors included in the condo.
The Belnord offers six distinct residential lobbies and a massive 22,000 square foot courtyard and garden for residents to enjoy. The condo purchased by Stewart and her daughter is located on the highest two floors of the building, which was used as the exterior of the “Arconia” building in “Only Murders in the Building.” Stewart, who also owns real estate in New York and Maine, will have access to high-end appliances such as a wine fridge in their new condo.
