Here’s a snapshot of the best Black Friday fitness deals of 2022 (so far) to look out for:
Target’s early Black Friday deals are rolling out each week. So far, we’ve seen excellent deals on fitness tech—especially Apple devices like AirPods, AirPods Pro, and Apple Watches. We also found a very nice markdown on the top-rated Beats Studio3 headphones. Shoppers can also check out a few deals on fitness accessories like water bottles from Takeya.
Nordstrom hasn’t rolled out any specifically Black Friday sales yet, but if last year is any inclination to this year’s deals, we’re in for a treat. Hyperice and Therabody massagers were marked down in 2021, as well as Bala’s exercise equipment for aesthetically-minded folks. Right now, however, there is a lot of activewear on sale at the retailer—including top-rated Nike sneaks, Natori sports bras, and Zella leggings.

Retail giant Amazon has some excellent deals on all the at-home fitness equipment you could want to round out an affordable home gym: fitness trackers from Fitbit, highly-rated indoor bikes, adjustable dumbbells, massage guns, and more. Amazon is also an unexpected source for sales on Bose headphones and your favorite activewear brands like Under Armour.
Last year, Lululemon’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales were not to be missed, with more than 40% off workout leggings, sports bras, and other activewear. Though the retailer hasn’t announced all of the details of this year’s Black Friday deals, it’s secret “We Made Too Much” sale section is chock full of bestselling fitness gear. We’re eyeing the ever-popular, buttery soft Align leggings and the Invigorate Bra, which is excellent for high-impact workouts like running and HIIT.
Best Buy easily has some of the best early Black Friday fitness deals of 2022. Just take a look at these price cuts on the Hydrow rowing machine and Therabody’s percussive massagers. Besides equipment, the retailer also has some noteworthy deals on headphones and other electronics (unsurprising). We’re patiently waiting for more deals on treadmills and other home gym equipment from NordicTrack, Bowflex, and ProForm.
Nike knows how to do a sale—even before the holidays. Though the brand hasn’t announced its Black Friday offerings, we’re expecting serious deals. Right now, though, you can take up to 50% off tons of apparel, accessories, and footwear. So if you’re looking for workout sneakers, cool activewear, and comfy loungewear, now is the time to buy.
From November 19 through December 9, you can take 35% off sitewide at Girlfriend Collective, with additional markdowns on sale items, outerwear, swim, sleep, and more, with no code necessary. Until then, take a gander at some of the price cuts already available on everything from eco-conscious leggings to on-trend workout dresses.
The retailer uses Black Friday for its Opt Outside campaign, but ahead of the holiday, REI’s sale section is teeming with a killer selection of early savings. Last year we found plenty of cold-weather outdoor and hiking gear, plus camping essentials like tents and sleeping bags. This year we’re seeing Hoka shoes are on markdown, making now an excellent opportunity to scoop up the cushy Ora Recovery slides. Deuter’s hardworking backpacks have a sweet little discount as well, for all of your day trips and chilly hikes.
Outdoor Voices hasn’t announced its plans for Black Friday 2022, but last year it offered 25% off sitewide and as much as 70% off select styles, so we’re anxious to see this year’s markdowns. If you can’t wait that long to score super soft leggings and sports bras, outdoorsy fleeces and hats, and the ever-popular Exercise Dress, the OV Extra Sale is always on. Some pieces are more than 60% off, but sizes are going fast, so act quickly.
Starting on November 21 through November 29, you can save 30% off sitewide at Sweaty Betty with the code SBSAVE. On November 28 and 29, score 50% off more than 100 bestselling products from the brand. SB Insiders can start shopping early from November 11 (you can sign up to be an Insider here). Ahead of the sale, there are already plenty of stylish pieces on major markdown, including parkas for gross weather and seriously compressive leggings.
