Parking is available in paid surface lots surrounding the venue, with a 1-minute walk to the entrance. Guests must be 21+ to enter and will need to present a valid ID. Registration is required to enter the event, with names being checked at the door upon arrival. The program schedule includes a VIP pre-party by invitation only, sponsored by Baird, followed by a welcome reception sponsored by Wilson Sonsini and a seated dinner.

The Awards program will begin at 7:40 p.m., revealing the winners in various categories such as Startup of the Year, Next Tech Titan, Deal of the Year, CEO of the Year, Startup CEO of the Year, Innovation of the Year, Health Innovation of the Year, Sustainable Innovation of the Year, Workplace of the Year, UX Design of the Year, Geeks Give Back, and Public Policy Champion for Innovation Award. Finalists in each category have been announced and include companies such as Shipium, Kevala, Statsig, Zuper, and more.
